What are you building?

Bespoke is creating AI Managers for the hospitality industry to guide human work. Our first product helps restaurants maximize upselling of beverages and premium menu items💰. Our AI helps restaurant chains maximize sales, automates incentives based on sales behavior, and coaches managers and servers in real-time.

What’s your Product Philosophy

RELIEVE PAIN We build practical, sellable AI solutions that solve acute financial pain points for hospitality owners, managers, and staff.🧯

GUIDANCE NOT REPLACEMENT
We are building AI tools that guide humans. For example, helping waiters at restaurants do more upselling of drinks and specials, freeing managers to focus on guest delight and staff motivation.

REVOLUTION We're applying AI in novel ways to conquer the multi-billion dollar hospitality market by creating undeniable financial value. 🚀

How long have you been working on this and what have you accomplished?

In ~11 months focused on AI Managers for Hospitality, we've achieved significant traction and milestones:

• Gen Korean BBQ Success: Deployed our Sales Excellence tool at a publicly-held chain. Strong early results have led to an expansion request for all 55+ of their locations**.💥**
• SAJJ Success: Tool also being used by a 10 location fast casual restaurant in the SF Bay Area.
• Active Beta Program: We have commitments to beta test the product at over 70 stores.
• Sales Excellence System: An MVP has been developed which accurately measures and praises sales upselling. We also have a clear roadmap to automate incentives to further drive sales.
• High-Profile Engagement: Agreement with Lazy Bear (2 Michelin Star establishment) to test the Sales Excellence tool.
