Title: CTO Co-Founder Bespoke | AI Managers for Hospitality | San Francisco Bay Area / Remote

Our Mission: Perfecting AI managers that guide human work, optimize business operations, and delight customers at scale. Bespoke is building the data-driven operating system for the hospitality industry. We have initial traction with major restaurant groups and are backed by top industry leaders.

The Opportunity: As our CTO, you will be the technical cornerstone of the company. You will own the architecture and execution of our core platform, building the brain of the world's first true AI Manager. This is a rare opportunity to shape a company, a culture, and an entire industry from the ground up.

You Will:

• Architect and build the core systems for our AI-driven platform, including our real-time guidance engine and our "Fairness Threshold" protocol.
• Own the technical roadmap, making pragmatic decisions to drive relentlessly towards product-market fit.
• Partner with the CEO and our first customers to translate complex operational needs into elegant, scalable technical solutions.
• Establish the engineering culture of the company.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

• A passion for or connection to the challenges in the hospitality industry.
• A proven track record of building and shipping complex, data-driven applications.
• Expertise in designing and implementing workflow automation, rules engines, or similar event-driven systems.
• A product-first mindset and deep empathy for the user. You're obsessed with solving the "why," not just the "how."
• A bias for action and a pragmatic approach to building. You know when to build for scale and when to ship something scrappy.
• (Bonus) Experience with AI/ML tools and applications.
