What are you building?

beSpoke is a social media platform for AI-assisted 🤖 spoken word creations. It's like Instagram or TikTok for podcasts. We combine AI tools, human direction, and a new social network to create and distribute types of spoken word content that have never existed before including ones voiced by celebrities.

How long have you been working on this and what have you accomplished?

About 5 months. So far we have:

• Developed an alpha version of an iPhone app,
• detailed a product roadmap,
• commenced testing,
• set up the legal entity,
• prepared a refined investor presentation deck,
• talked to a number of VCs to set the product direction,
• hired an advisor, and
• engaged with SAG and the top 4 Hollywood agencies.

Eric, who are you?

I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and love AI. I served the last 5 years as the COO of Coinbase Custody. Before that I used to be a lawyer, hedge fund manager and professional poker player. I love my family, van life, camping, and open water swimming.

I have huge ambition⭐️, like to move fast 🏎, take risks 🪂, & run through walls💥.
